Goal trackers can be helpful to students to set goals and track their progress towards those goals.
Goal tracking app should also break down your ambitious goals into smaller tasks. This way, you can work towards your ambitious goals in increments instead of trying to reach them all at once and not getting the best results.
I've decided to give it a try and create weekly goals template for my Algebra 1 class. Here students are supposed to create their individual goals for the week and track their progress. My goal is to increase student's ownership of their work and also reflect on gaps they need to work on as individual learners.
ClickUp makes it easy to organize and track student's progress, I loved the available features as well as easy to navigate layout.
I plan on trying this activity at the end of the term, but I am planning to use it on more consistent basis next term. It would also be useful to map student's way though the course.
