7.A - Inspire and encourage educators and students to use technology for civic engagement and to address challenges to improve their communities.

To meet this standard I've created a lesson plan for one of my classes that serves as a learning tool on financial literacy. Artifact 
I will continue to incorporate in my teaching the idea of students sharing their skills and knowledge as well as successful experiences on social media platforms to engage with their local community. 

7.B - Partner with educators, leaders, students and families to foster a culture of respectful online interactions and a healthy balance in their use of technology.

To meet this standard I have established professional profile on Facebook and Twitter to stay connected with my students and encourage positive online interaction and awareness of digital footprint. Artifact
​I will continue to develop my digital profile and foster relationships with my colleagues and students. 

7.C - Support educators and students to critically examine the sources of online media and identify underlying assumptions.

To meet this standard I have been offering my students curated lists of curriculum relevant resources and encouraging them to critically examine information they use and rely upon in their studies for authority, accuracy, objectivity, currency and coverage. I have also created a video using Adobe Spark  Artifact that my students enjoyed.
