2.A - Learners will engage in professional learning to deepen expertise in ISTE standards.

​To meet this standard I​'ve researched best practices in implementing technology in a classroom. I have created a video guide to using nearpod and shared it with my colleagues. 

2B - Actively participate in professional learning networks to enhance coaching practice and keep current with emerging technology and innovations in pedagogy and the learning sciences.

As a part of my ongoing professional development I use Twitter to follow professional organizations and individuals that are on the cutting edge of educational technology practices. I also use Facebook and LinkedIn to stay connected with my fellow educators as well as organizations.

To meet this standard I've develop and facilitated a workshop on gamifying instruction. I've created  a video review of ClassCraft tool. I will continue to work on gamification idea, because it has a lot of potential to improve student engagement Artifact
